The policy tells how NxM Business Solutions(NxM) uses data provided by the end user or partners. There are 2 different set of data. (a) Data related to end user and (b) data included in the documents processed by NxM. NxM is GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant.
COLLECTED INFORMATION
Contacting NxM by using contact formulas, subscribe for newsletter on NxM.dk or requesting help from the support team will be registrated but only shared within the organization of NxM. The data includes
- Company name, First name, Last name, e-mail and phone no., IP address
No data is sold, used by third party or shared with other organizations. Personal data can be deleted by contacting NxM support team. Support@nxm.dk

We may use the collected information to improve our website offerings, security and presentation of data on the NxM web site.
DATA PROCESSING
By installation the end user accepts the license information. If the end user wants NxM to be data processor there will also be an agreement to sign for this purpose. NxM will act within our common data processor agreement and privacy policy. NxM has compliance with Article 28(3) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
